1. Our accessibility goal

DM Noctem aims to make its public and member-facing website experiences usable by people with disabilities and is working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the project standard for new and substantially updated interfaces. Accessibility is an ongoing engineering and content responsibility; this statement is not a claim that every page or third-party component has been independently certified as fully conformant.

2. Measures we take

DM Noctem works to provide semantic page structure, keyboard-operable controls, visible keyboard focus, readable contrast, labeled form fields, understandable validation and error states, mobile/reflow support, meaningful link and button text, alternative text for informative images when available, and reduced-motion behavior where motion is not essential.

3. Member and staff workflows

Accessibility work applies to DM Noctem front-end workflows used by Players, GMs, Moderators, and DM Noctem Admins as well as public pages. Normal WordPress administration remains a technical Administrator workspace and may include third-party WordPress interfaces outside DM Noctem Core.

4. Known limitations and third-party content

Some older site content, user-uploaded media, Divi/theme output, WordPress plugins, embedded or linked services, Discord, and other third-party components may not always meet the same accessibility standard. DM Noctem does not use an accessibility overlay as a substitute for correcting site code and content. We prioritize fixes that affect navigation, forms, account access, core game workflows, readability, and other meaningful barriers.

5. Reporting an accessibility problem

If you have difficulty using a DM Noctem page or feature, contact us and include the page or feature name, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology/browser involved if you are comfortable sharing it. We will use that information to reproduce the problem and prioritize an appropriate fix.

6. Alternative access

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from completing a DM Noctem account or community task, contact DM Noctem so we can work with you on a reasonable alternative while the underlying issue is addressed. Privacy and permission boundaries still apply to alternative workflows.

7. Statement updates

This statement may be updated as accessibility testing, remediation, site architecture, or third-party dependencies change.
